Each session is one hour long. Every athlete that attends a session will receive a 'Session Report' which will break down the players strengths and areas we will focus on improving. My goal is to create a fun and welcoming environment for athletes to challenge themselves, try new skills and gain confidence to achieve their goals.

Individual Training Session

1 on 1 training sessions allows athletes the opportunity to receive direct feedback and work on strengthening specific skills.

$55 per session

Group Training Session

Group sessions allow athletes the chance to practice their skills against opponents. Group sessions also increase the variety of drills I can offer and can expand players understanding of the game.

$35 per athlete (2-5 players) per session
